Sing with the Festival Singers
Auditions are held annually and open to experienced singers throughout Florida and the Southeast. No prior affiliation required — only preparation and a serious ear.
How it works
- Watch for the formAuditions open in April. The form appears on this page when applications are being accepted.
- Submit your auditionA short form — voice part, experience, availability — plus a recorded audition. Due by June 1st.
- RehearseConcentrated rehearsals built around each concert weekend, starting with a weekend retreat in August.
- PerformFour concerts across the state, September through January.
Audition timeline
Auditions open each year in April and close onJune 1st. The audition form will appear on this page when auditions are open. If you're interested in singing with us, check back in the spring — or join the mailing list and we'll let you know when the form goes live.
What to prepare
- One prepared solo, memorised, in any language
- Sight-reading at the level of standard choral repertoire
- Vocal range and tone-matching exercises
- Availability for the full concert weekend schedule
